Service in CDR-King

Why can't CDR-King be like any other stores in a shopping mall??? People nowadays are into computers. Since CDR-King sells computer accessories, the management should think of a better way to serve their clients.
I've been to this store a number of times and I've observed that it has very poor service. The customer has to fall in a line that would take him an hour or so before he could be served. Hah! Even during peak hours, the store has only two sales staff to attend to their customers.
I just hope the management could do something about this.

On our lesson - Special Products

Hello children!!! What seems to be the problem regarding our lesson today??? Did you find it hard or you did not understand the lesson....

Anyway, kindly follow the pattern of the following number sentences:

2 X 1 = 2
2 X 10 = 20
2 X 100 = 200
2 X 1 000 = 2 000
2 X 10 000 = 20 000
2 X 100 000 = 200 000

* Remember to multiply the non zero digits first, then add affix the zeroes in the factors
to your answer.

Example: 34 X 200 =
• multiply 34 X 2 = 68
• there are 2 zeroes in the factors, add 2 zeroes to your answer – 6800
• Therefore, 34 X 200 = 6 800

Now try these:

1. 230 X 20 =
2. 30 X 50 =
3. 290 X 400 =
4. 807 X 90 =
5. 7200 X 500 =

Happy solving!!!

an extra work for you

I've been teaching for more than 10 years now. Children nowadays are seldom given an assignment to follow up the lesson learned in class. Pupils give more time to play than study which makes their school performance bad. They would rather play in the computer than read a book. Since students nowadays are using the comuter, I've decided to create this site to help my pupils in their schoolwork. Wish me luck and I hope I'll be able to get good results from this site. :)
